This is a 2 day workshop; no notebook classes please. The schedule fee for our seminar includes: $300.00 per day teaching fee. Hotel Conference accommodations for a single room for the period of your contract. Economy round trip airfare or mileage at the IRS rate in effect at the time of the contract. All meals during the period of the contract or a per diem. Incidental Expenses not to exceed $200.00. Please include in each proposal at the front an ICNA Universal Proposal Sheet.
