Financial Report Submission

Instructions

  1. If you have not received a personalized version for your chapter, Download the appropriate Year-End Financial Report in pdf format and save it to your computer
  2. Open the pdf file. Using your keyboard, enter the information directly in to the pdf file.
  3. Save the pdf file on your computer.
  4. Complete the appropriate submission form below. Please do NOT change the file name as doing so will not allow it to be imported in to our database .
    • Chapters use the first (yellow) section is for CHAPTER submissions.
    • Region Directors scroll farther down for the REGION (blue) submissions.
  5. Use the “Attach files” section to upload the pdf file, plus any additional files that may be needed.
  6. Press the Submit button one time to send the files.
