Strawberry vines, each worked in a different group of counted stitches, adorn three sides. The needlebook at the top of the cube will store your needles and pins, while the back sheath will house a wee pair of scissors. Your time at seminar will be preserved in a lovely memento personalized with your name and the name of the event. Stitches include queen, eyelet, double cross, cross stitch over one, two versions of long-arm cross, two versions of Montenegrin, and stem.

Smooth fitting fingertip gloves will keep your hands warm while you still have the capability of using your fingertips for cell phones and tablets. Class includes dimensional appliqué techniques, such as the tack stitch and Deborah’s own needle slanting techniques and fabric manipulation methods, as well as embroidery and appliqué placement guides, surface stitch combinations, and glove construction. Students can choose from 3-4 colorways and adjust the fit per their own hands. This is an excellent opportunity to learn dimensional wool appliqué with a fun little project.
